P2P over Bluetooth? This is the bitchat way.
Mobile wifi with no upstream connection
Essentially just a server with LAN/wifi that distributes to mobile devices
It would be very cool to see that integrated into the app somehow

Back in the day, there were magazines with full computer programs source code printed out, usually in BASIC. You took it home and typed it in your machine.
