I don’t think we should rejoice, especially if the soul is headed to Hell. In that case, we should almost mourn…not for the physical body but for the loss of one to the Kingdom that wasn’t able to be harvested. Yet, ultimately it is God who knows whether a person is saved or not; albeit “they will be known by their fruit”. The more Biblical path would be to rejoice not in the death of a force rather for the ones whom were freed or otherwise a step closer to being so due to the absence or reduction in force.
