My long term plan is to run LoRaWAN servers in my home town to provide "services" and organize people.
NoSTr seems great as a gateway. I was just looking at email as a gateway before learning about nostr.

At last we already have the first public version of #nostrastic , a simple bridge between #meshtastic and #nostr
With #nostrastic you can send post to your nostr account or send/receive DMs from a selected list of contacts with no internet in your #meshtastic device.
More improvements and features are on the way.

Yeah, nostrastic is the onky bridge that I know of for LoRa, however I do have in my notes that there's nostrmesh, which uses an 802.11 based mesh running on ESP-32 boards.
Shorter range, but higher bandwidth.
