If you want to use a hyperlink for it, I have recently started using

njump - Jump on Board on Nostr, Start Now!

for mine because it does a nice job of it. Of course there is always the risk that the domain name or webhost might disappear at any moment which would result in hyperlinks built to your njump link would be broken, but it's a risk I'm willing to take for now.
