Yep, possible in ZEUS today
Yes, but keep in mind to always have an UTXO of max 100k sats remaining, in case you got force closed channels in a high fees season. That will be used for the anchors reserve outputs and you can bump the fees.

No, maximum 100k. I think is mentioned somewhere in LND documentation github, but can't find it right now.
in the node onchain wallet one single UTXO of maximum 100k sats. You can have less, no problem it doesn't have to be exactly rounded, those sats are only to cover the possible bumping fees in high fees seasons.
What's the negative if you have more than 100K?
None. Only that usually in a LN node you don't want to keep too much sats in onchain wallet.
A LN node wallet is not for holding, is for spending.
