See my other reply in this thread as to differences - they are different display technologies. Remarkable seems good for just reading, drawing and making notes. This display is faster so different experience, more versatile with OS that won't be locked down and ability to add apps (also no subscription service like Remarkable), and Remarkable can't be used in the dark without an external light source, whereas Daylight has amber light.
