It’s hard to plan for a high fee environment or how big to make each UTXO Because it’s almost impossible to predict what purchases you will need to make onchain in the future? I’d like to see a debate on tons of small UTXOs vs 1 or 2 fat ass UTXOs What is the way?

If you need to make a lot of purchase in shorter amount of time than it takes a transaction to fully clear then having a lot of different size utxo (making change) is very important.
