Yeah, but not usually by a treasonous government gaslighting their population and fining/deplatforming/jailing you for speaking against it.

Been the case for centuries.
Modern migration is big business though. I saw a investigation that said a $30 dighny gets illegally shipped and is set up in France, and then the price is $5000 for the same boat.
