Basically, all white people excluding Russia, central and south America are fraudsters. Except a few exceptions (a few individuals, I mean). In Russia and latin America there are a bit more exceptions. Basically all black people outside of Africa are more white than the whites. Everyone else everywhere else are a bit more cool. Except Japanese cities and towns are a lost cause, and so are all places in China and India except the ascetics in unpopulated places that don't interact with the rest of the world in any way.
