Tags won’t really matter until you have scale. Global will at least open things up for people to see what social bookmarking looks like. Given any amount of traction you are going to run into spam just like any other nostr global feed does. But if you are being attacked at least you are worth attacking 😂 You might also want to seed a global feed with a bot (even if it’s curated manually at first). Setup a script that gets popular links from Lobsters, or Pinboard, or HN so it’s not a ghost town. Put things in it you think people want to see. You have to bootstrap you own content or people will think it’s dead and bail.
