DEI is a metaphorical tax on the average worker to subsidize the incompetence of their leadership. To “include” by any standard other than experience or merit is to, by default, choose virtue signaling or social approval over productivity. This is literally an act of deceit against both the worker and the investor. Proof of Work is the only means by which one’s success should be determined.
