This is to avoid confusion. It's not a label applied to others. The creator of a bot can label it as such themselves for clarity, so people know what they are interacting with.

You are misunderstanding Rand. This comment is about people being able to self label the bots they create. Not about labeling others. I created this original thread to warn people of possible scammy behavior. I feel it was justified, and the user it was about has already committed to changing that behavior, and we have had real conversations. I think it's a win overall 🤙
