Press the wallet settings and sync so that you get the real balance.

There is no sync button? Is there a new version that has that?
What do you mean you cannot get access to them? If you hit sync and they are there, they are indeed locked to your key. It should work.
I see no sync button.

Same issue here, if I try to paste the token into minibits I get unsupported length 31
