These house prices start to feel familiar numerically to me. Because that's what you pay for a house in bad condition in Czech crowns (CZK) outside of big cities. But 1 CZK is 1/23 of USD 🀣. A modest but good house in Prague is around 1 million USD. It's most likely a row house on 250-400m2 plot with ~200m2 of floor space. And it's an renovated old house. The new ones are more expensive and smaller generally.
