I think for me personally, a large part of the appeal of Nostr to me is that I am semi-pseudonymous and I can share ideas that I would otherwise be too embarrassed to share with most of my IRL friends. It’s nice to just be able to share what’s on your mind with like-minded individuals. And even if not, nostr can serve as somewhat of a public journal.
