I like & Respect Will I am simply pointing out that he is another one man Dev team. there's nothing wrong with that. Him having "a company" is just a title & means nothing.

You're basically saying him trying to build a company means nothing. He made effort into thinking of a cool name and branding his app. He should of just named his app Will according to you.
