Not yet. For now it's just twist. BUT It's a very high quality twist. The first time I tried it I immediately felt it was better quality than an other model I tried made of cheaper alloyed metals. Obviously I can't be sure maybe you're just very heavy handed 😅 but I do think the quality is higher than the average pen.
