Sometimes I get various errors and I just keep pushing till the transaction works… although I don’t know if I’ve ever got a bad gateway error, where you sending it?
From getalby.com or browser extension? Can you log in to your getalby.com/wallet? Also, try sending no more than 99% of balance and not more than 500k sats at once. If you still have errors, please send details to support@getalby.com Thanks!
Hey! I was using getalby.com and I was logged into my wallet. It was sub 100k sats but it would have been close to 99% of the balance. Prior to this, I was trying to send too much of the balance and I got the warning to reduce what I was sending. But when I got the gateway error, that didn’t happen. Just sat and loaded for a few minutes then brought up the error page.
So do you still face the error? What is the receiving side? Would be great if we could follow up on support email, it's easier for us to check and fix
