Amazon isn’t going to zap you a free book because it took like TWO WHOLE DAYS to process your order! Instead you have to spend an hour chatting with customer service in Bangladesh to get your money back when it inevitably arrives damaged or not at all because some genius packed it in a GIANT box with a single scrap of paper. 😅 Where (and how) you spend your money is the biggest vote you have as an individual.
