Nah , seed oils are so 2022🙄🙄, people have moved on to EMF's and Grounding now.
Can confirm the sun is my friend now. It's kinda fun but mostly depressing to go to the beach with people who can't be in the sun.

I’ve been seed oil free for two years and got sunburned today at Cocoa Beach. Key is to build up your sun exposure gradually but it is hard to do that on a winter vacation 🤷🏼‍♂️
Animal fat is healthy as long as it stays on the animal and you never eat it.

Real. Confirmed as someone that used to almost insta-burn and no longer does. I still have limits though, cannot go out nude into harsh summer Australian sun for full day after winter hibernation. Need to build tolerance after winter, but very obviously I don't burn as easily now, and if I overdo it the burn is not as severe as it used to be. So pissed I fell for the B/S "hide from the sun" narrative for so many years; sickening to imagine the cost to my health. Angers me to walk past the schools and see all the kids covered from head to toe on moderate days, and using sunscreen which has garbage poisons in it

You’re right, I probably get some when I eat at a restaurant but that is a rarity because I don’t like not knowing what is in my food
You’re getting a metric fuck ton every time you eat at a restaurant unfortunately
