This. This is what I mean. I mean it's going to a symbol of "the rich" if you are able to participate in society without being online. I'm not only talking about "free time" spent online. Jobs that require your time on a screen, also often require excess amounts of tracking and personal information. Just because your using a tool to do a job, or watching videos for leisure, doesn't mean it's not affecting you. It's a social thing. I already get attitude from family/friends that I can't do things like - watch a youtube video - listen to spotify - scan a QR code - hell, even web search a thing People get really upset when you're different. It doesn't help that I have an defiant attitude toward it, but I try not to project it, in person.
