Yeah, don't need a professional sniper, to shoot someone with a rifle, on a clear day, when they are sitting in a chair on a platform with unobstructed line of sight. A real sniper can make 600 yards, without even breaking a sweat. The record is from 2.36 miles away.

200 yards is BELOW the lowest range Israeli defence snipers train on. Anyone with a decent rifle and some target practice could have made that shot. > At the range the snipers shot targets from 300, 400, 500, 600, and 800 meters in both the prone and standing positions.
