This story about the pirate sports streaming site streameast is fascinating. What surprises me is how little money there is in pirate streaming. They shut down a service used by millions of people and recovered a few hundred thousand dollars. Such razor thin margins for the pirates but people keep doing it. It’s hardly a business but it’s got unkillable demand.
