America is a republic. It has had voting since its inception. And, unfortunately, it has become MORE democratic over time (which is part cause for its decline, agreed). You keep referencing the law. The law is what you can enforce. By the law, the CRA blocks white-only organization AND black-only organizations. But we know that’s not how things actually work. The by law, the Epstein class should be just as likely to be raided by the FBI as your run-of-the-mill pedo. But, instead, they raid James O’Keefe repeatedly for catching them with egg in their face. “The law” is what is enforced. And “knowing the law” doesn’t matter when ideologues that don’t give a fuck about your sovereign rights (as you admit) control its enforcement. It changes when sovereign people “enforce” things back into place… Or when they are steamrolled by those who don’t give a fuck. Whichever comes last.
