We dont need more all-in-one apps. That habit bourne of necessity by the legacy clownworld. Because their shit is silo'd and built at the platform level, they have to eventually move to an AIO solution to gain/maintain market share. Its a competition model that races to the bottom. All you get is bloat, incompatibility and broken functionality.
The freedom tech we have here is built on interoperability by having core systems running at the protocol level. This is a cooperation system that incentives establish high quality niche products that are compatible with the larger ecosystem as a whole.
Why arent we leveraging this?! Make an app specific to a user group, not the entire ecosystem, and focus on shipping user-centric products thay enhance a specific user group's experience.
If you try to please everyone, you please no one.

Some of the coolest stuff I've vibecoded is just simple stuff that only I use. My latest is a simple desktop link that opens a webpage to upload stuff to my blossom server.
I basically took @Paul's blup and addes a GUI to it.

That's the next thing for kcbitcoiners.com
Since it's a static site, you can host it on nsite for free.
Will take 5 minutes of setup. All I have to do is make it generic so other meetups can use it. It's basically whitelist posts from certain npubs. Which I'm gunna add a marketplace listing for nip-05 so you can run a scrupt to detect who donated to the meetup and then they get nip05 and added to the whitelist.
Currently that's how the calendar works anyways
That’s a cool idea man! Thanks for the suggestion, will definitely try to make it happen. Can you expand on the white labeling idea? Not sure I’m on the same page with that one.
White label just means like theres a generic product available that is customizable with each users branding.
For example - create an app for easy posting of goods by community members (sound familiar? 😉). Meetups can come to you and purchase their copy of the code. You brand it with their logos etc as if it were their product they created. Now each meetup cam have their own online marketplace they fully control.
Bullish. Replied to your DM. 👊
Same! It’s awesome haha
