I don't think yet, but follow @Sovereign Engineering , I think they are working on this at the moment.
I hope they consider wifi mesh through
TL;DR: owlink is a reverse engineering of AWDL, which enables p2p wifi communication without a wifi network being broadcast by a router.
I believe Yggdrasil has implemented that for linux and macOS.
