So after some hickups, and contact with @satochip i have managed to get this working. It is a precise way to scan the RFID and it takes some time for my iphone to read it correctly. But it is working. For now everything is running and this is a setup my wife can work with also. So i am happy with this to store some stuff that we do not want to have on paper in plain side.
