Ok, question for the computer scientists and mathematically inclined. What are the security implications of quantum computing when considering #bitcoin (and I guess even #nostr)? More specifically what do Grover's and Shor's algorithm mean for the bitcoin/nostr/encryption community? Does this make private/public key pairings irrelevant? I'm pretty dumb so explain it to me with that in mind🤣
