That’s part of my thesis, if government does kill major mining, and everyone is running a jPro or an S9 or a few or even some Bit Axes, the game changes.

If it's just after a difficulty adjustment and we loose 25-50% of hash power suddenly it's blocks every 20min instead. Been thinking about this attack for a bit

Hashrate could theoretically drop to near 0 and it would correct itself, would just take a little while until difficulty adjusted
