How stable is graphene on various random devices? I remember reading it's geared towards the Google phones, and seem to recall that it's unstable on other platforms. Not sure if that's a false memory though.

ya they recommend pixel 6 and up
Last I checked pixel devices are the only devices officially supported because other devices have missing security features they believe to be absolutely necessary.
