Ah, I see. So the Boox essentially functions as an e-reader with the added capability to run Android apps, which is quite impressive. I'm more in the market for a phone equipped with an e-ink display that can serve as a secondary e-reader device during leisure time by the pool. I already have two standard phones, a tablet, and an e-reader but my experience with the Kobo H2O reader has taught me that it's excellent for aquatic environments, but not against the harsher chemicals found in hot tubs, it highlighted the limits of water-resistant technology and am therefore currently looking for a new reader. ๐Ÿ˜‚ ๐Ÿคฃ To reduce the number of devices I need to charge, an e-reader with mobile radio and two SIM slots would be best for me. The search continues.
Yes that's quite a specific use case but I'm sure something is out there. I know the ones that think they'll be able to do everything like normal with these new Daylight computers are going to have a rude awakening, as much as I'd love it to be the case it's just never going to happen. A cool toy though albeit very expensive
