wallet of satoshi, BTCPay Server and other apps have a thing called POS where the merchant types in the price. The tools are already there, The lady just needs someone to teach her how to use them

POS is a bandaid on a broken system, serving Visa and Mastercard's interests, not the lady's.
I created the best version of this. So far it is an ios app. android app coming soon. hardware terminal coming soon.
