tbh we will have AI that truly does know how to make sense of it all. we could use a sorta-conscious companion in our plot to accurately and thoroughly keep historical records of events. and I'm not saying it can or will "do away" with journalism. influencers cannot replace this but they can do a similar type of thing. but. don't think there's not gonna be an AI bot that crawls all of Twitter and fact checks every single mis-tweet and offers maybe a suggestion on threads to read. journalism and micro-blogging are not incompatible, they are just meant for different attention spans. I don't wanna read all your shit either, believe me. u can quit the popcorn now it's starting to show.
