Mm, it would not improve my skill but it would put me in a position to make judgment.
My job is to execute creation, not to design. Kind of like being a seamstress to a fashion designer, and I can't just put someone else's design up right?
If I were to create something I my own from start to finish, I would be free of course, but that's not really how I roll🙃
