It's not even cancel culture really. Folk aren't being canceled for calling Trump names. They're being canceled for celebrating and espousing murder/assasination. This is more like advising employers of people with unhinged potentially dangerous behaviours. Some that occur at work such as teachers in front of impressionable students. This could easily be considered a hostile work environment.
