A little cacao making demo for all those looking for recipe inspiration. This is for 2 cups of cacao, I have roughly 40grams of chopped up El Clásico 100% Cacao. Spices: Nutmeg - to taste because the flavour is quite strong Natural sweetener: Colombian Panela (sugar cane) Bonus ingredients: A healthy large dollop of the delicious @Oshi (推し) Hodl Butter Two cups of water already boiled on the kettle. Everything added to the nutribullet and blended up for a luxurious and creamy hot chocolate extravaganza! Any questions, please ask. Viscosity is so so creamy man!! Cacao in of itself is like 50% fat, you then throw in the one of fattest nuts on planet earth and you got a silky smooth bomb there man! I love it with the Hodl butter because it already had some of the extras I would add, salt, cinnamon, and sweetener already, so it’s a multi faceted beast! So so delicious! I implore every human being to sample this delight!
