Desperate response to Celo. They’ll never compete… stablecoins are already behind Celo/Eth with real infrastructure (check out Minipay for example). Anyway it looks like eventually Tether will get everyone to migrate to BTC Lightning rails which would be best. Nostr is the mobile layer that matters long term… maybe when everyone learns what a burner phone is and stops freaking out about having a phone number we can figure it out lol.
