I like this approach. Maybe even have a couple of tiers:
1) The content creator pays no subscription fee and then splits a default % of zaps with the client creator with the option to increase it if they want.
2) The content creator pays a monthly/yearly/lifetime subscription fee to the client creator, and then keeps 100% of their zaps with the option to split a % if they want.

Pretty dumb that clients didnt do this from the start, when zapping and nostr was novel . Its like how miners started accepting below 1 sat/vbyte when mempool was empty.
