Not my case. I have almost no random reports, except for a few bots (it wasn't spam, but I was too lazy to look into it). Anyway everyone makes mistakes and I hope this Chinese spammer is now a former Chinese spammer.

I've never reported anything so I didn't even know they could be deleted. I remember people complaining about how reports are there forever, is the delete report functionality widespread on clients?
