An avalanche begins with a single snowflake. I can see everyone's bluetooth device becoming a relay. Individuals can get paid to host encrypted content (that they can't read or tamper with) that's checksummed and relayed to other clients/hosts. Maybe even with a protocol that has a wider radius than bluetooth. Relay towers if you will. This could be a crucial tool to connect regions of the world disconnected by war or censorship.
