that's great to find a girl that is Christian and believes in God, but you need your girl to influence you too. without it, it's not true love, it's not a life partnership, you won't grow together and you'll never be one. im not religious at all, so perhaps im wrong here, however reading the Corinthians passage at my sister's wedding and having it read at mine, it seems like what you're saying is antithesis of that message. and doesn't the bible even say that God created man from a piece of him, his rib? how can you not allow a piece of you influence you? my advice: let your guard down when applicable. then, you'll find happiness. good luck!
