Hi Nostr! πŸ™‹πŸ½ I'd love to get some feedback on this little site am buidling πŸ—οΈ , www.satsfortrash.com. I know your time is precious so I'm willing to pay 210⚑ if you check it out and reply with your feedback, and 69 sats if you repost it. Total budget for the campaign is 2100 sats, TYVMπŸ™πŸ§‘ #Sats4Trash #TrashIsCash

cool concept. paid feedback loops via zaps are underused. one thing to watch: bot farms will drain your budget fast at 210 sats a pop. might want some kind of proof-of-human filter before scaling the budget.
On To Date section, I'm not sure what's 22.8 bags of trash, I think it should be an entire number without the decimal, right?
Great iniciative! I'd like to see if there's a real impact on the collection area and if there's any subsequent waste treatment, for example, by separating organic from inorganic waste. Also, whether local authorities are involved. 🀝🏻⚑
Very cool concept, it would especially useful in natural park, protected areas which are even more impacted by trash and the unscrupulous people throwing shit on the ground. I liked the scoring and outings log, also the proof of work pics, noticeable differences.

Love the idea! I think it would be very cool if others could also contribute by posting their own outings
I saw this last week and thought it was an amazing idea! It could be applied to other beneficial tasks for society and turned into an app to attract more people from all over the world. It's a project worth developing. The site design is simple and effective. Keep working and building, man. Good job!

Since I'll only use L1, gotta resist the urge to mentally check out whenever I see Lightning/L2/zaps/sats, but... I thought of a similar program but inverted? People can get paid BTC in advance to drop their recycling in public & post a location photo, so whoever picks the recycling up can cash in at the minimum fixed per-pound rates set by the state. P.S. While I pick up neighborhood litter, on average every week it's not big bags' worth. I just separate the organics/recycling/textiles/trash & stuff that could be recycled but is excluded as such from municipal bin collection. I almost always fit the week's littered trash into my partly-filled kitchen trash bag & that's all the municipal collectors get in that bin (which has way too large a capacity for almost everyone, who got it by default/opt-out).
I forgot to answer also that currently I'm only collecting plastics, cans, glass bottles, filter tips, towels... usually so damaged they can't even be recycled as far as I know... But It would very cool, once an area is clean from this type of waste, clean it from organic waste, and then even, plant seeds, fix public furniture...
For me, the big challenge regarding this is that I don't want to become a third party, so the question: how can this be built in a decentralized way?... And I find it overwhelmingπŸ™πŸ§‘ oh wait! here's an idea! : Because me as a third party is not great and if the project scaled it could become unbearable to me to manage it... What I could do is: on satsfortrash I record my outings and those of a phew other contributors (outers) that wish to join (pretty cool frictionless start) and then the code is also forkable, so someone else could start their own instance and others could join it without needing to setup the site, spreadsheet,... I need to work on making the project easier to fork. And for me, the thing I wish most deeply is, for someone to take the idea, improve it, and become far more successful than me! What do you think?? I'll start with this, allow for a little number of contributors to join sats for trash and show eachs's performance in collecting both trash and sats!! πŸ™πŸ§‘
Hello Kat! Regarding your comment above, today I've added this section to the site called outers, under the top zappers. I would love to hear your feedback. The ultimate long-term goal goal of the project is for it to spread.πŸ™πŸ§‘ satsfortrash.com
