Interesting how does that happen mechanicaly?
Name the mechanism. How exactly does ‘outputs limited to 34 bytes’ become ‘government ID in the protocol’? We’ll wait. BIP-110 is a temporary soft fork that limits arbitrary data storage. It touches zero monetary use cases. It has no identity layer. This FUD only works if you never read the BIP.
