if one (like gates) wishes to encourage "food substitute" consumerism - and one owns corporate stake in those for-profit models as well as the biotech "solution" for illness - one might cause propaganda which creates scarcity surrounding "disease" in the natural product space. like eggs.

amazing it needs to be said but: you are not going to catch bird flu from eating cooked eggs. corporate farming causing disease is the real conversation. and suddenly: the toxic egg story dies.....
