I back up the whitelist regularly and restore it after restarts/updates. Events are retained for 30 days. If I stop running the relay permanently (hardware failure, move, or I discontinue the project), access ends. Purchasers get the whitelist entry and support/notification on outages; they do not get a legal or absolute guarantee beyond that.

Dont get me wrong but how do you know what hate speech is when you dont even know the meaning of the word "lifetime"?
I searched it for you: "A lifetime refers to the entire duration of a person's or animal's life, or the total period during which an object, machine, or concept exists and remains functional."
So basically you do not get lifetime access. Its just a nice word that helps you get those precious sats of other people. One could call it a scam in regards to the lifetime access....
