Palestine is just a geographic region. There is no "Palestine". There is only Bani Isral'll (Children of Israel) mentioned in the Quran.

Indeed, this is just(?) a piece of land. But there are PEOPLE living in that land for centuries. They called them Palestinians. What about them?
