All of these real estate rental strategies sound so cool talking about ‘rentals v. flipping, using other people’s money OPM, off market deals, etc. ‘, but they never talk about, WTF do you do when your rental doesn’t rent out, or you can’t flip your flipper?? 🤣🤣
