From a pool with 20% hash rate? It's called selfish mining attack. Yes. I recommend people to read up on the topic before parroting the media narrative, that is clearly designed yo provoke a sell off so CEX can cover their naked shorts.
Attempted but 51% hasn't been reached. It's selfish mining by a malicious pool with a large amount of hashrate (but lower than 51%) Still should be taken seriously, but they're relatively far from complete control over the chain
