Its difficult to discuss broadly. An individual case would at least allow us to be specific. Innthe case of the guy who lived in Maryland. He was an illegal immigrant from El Salvador. He had two deportwtion orders (by courts of course), and multiple courts came to the conclusion he was MS-13. He was returned to his home country. Im not a lawyer, but it doesnt seem like a lack of due process.
