Yes but TV licence people are pathetic they are private corporation goons from people like Capita or Securicor pretending to be official. You can tell them to piss off and even remove their implied right of access to your property then sue them for trespass if they break it.

Insane. I‘ve seen videos where they bring a police officer with them to enforce the access to the property. And the poor lady has no choice but to let them in. Feels a little bit like 1939 in Germany.
